Hi people, it's Leo here. Today I'm going to talk about swimming. Every Wednesday and Friday I go to the pool for swimming training and sometimes it is very hard. My coaches are Emily and Lenny. Sometimes I don't want to go swimming training but I have to and sometimes it's fun but mainly it's tiring and hard work but I guess it is all about hard work. Emily and Lenny have lots of techniques to teach and I really enjoy learning off them. I don't really like going to swimming carnivals, it's all right going to the carnivals but I do get very nervous when I am at them. The best bit about swimming is trying hard.
