Today we were all celebrating the ANZAC men who went to war - who also actually worked on the railway and then lost their lives in war. We did some clay making where you get a hand made mould and then press down the clay and then you pull out the clay and have your own clay piece. We can't keep these because it is going to be burnt/cooked so it can stay together for a really long time and then your thing goes into the Trainworks Railway Museum art piece and you can show it to people when you go to visit there. We also went on a train ride - it was an old carriage we were in, it was so lovely. Most trains don't let you stick your head out the window but in this train the windows opened and you can stick your head out and get the country air. Seriously, it's not town air that has all the smoke in it, it's country air. We were getting pulled by a real steam train engine and on the way back were pulled by a diesel engine. I think I am going to wear myself out talking about this amazing day!

Hi everyone - today we are talking about favourite toys. My favourite toy is Lego - some of you might think Lego is for building things then putting them on display and leaving your Lego thing for ever and ever. Not for me, I build all kinds of things with Lego; houses, trains, train stations, space stations, amazing vehicles, hide outs, forts and everything else! I have Stars Wars, superheros and ninja guys - I like ninja's and Star Wars the best. Most kids like Lego. Do you know someone who likes Lego?

Do you know there is a National Capital Exhibition building in Canberra? - there was also something special there, I built something - with Lego! This is a place where there is lots of Lego where anyone can build their version of Canberra and I built a house; all the other kids built something else. And I still love Lego now. I also went to the Mint - the place that makes money, you know 'money' money. I put my own money in a machine and pressed the buttons and it made me a brand new coin - I still have the coin in a special box. There are a lot of machines at the Mint but when I saw them they were having a rest, so no coins were being made. I liked the Mint, there were some pictures of birds, some very old coins, a staircase with money in the steps as well as a big dome filled with shiny coins. Who put them in there?

Hi guys - Leo Roving Reporter here. Today I was walking in Bathurst and went past a tree - a normal tree, but I remembered that tree, it was my favourite tree. Before I was in school I was in pre-school, and pre-school was on the other side of road from this tree and I would always walk past it and always climb it! Do you climb trees? Do you have a favourite? This is my favourite. It is not a very big view from the tree, but it is a good. Sometimes I get a little bit scared because I went higher than before and it feels so high that I might fall. But I don't. I never fall, only if I am running fast and trip over something - that's when I fall. Sometimes the tree has leaves but today it doesn't because it is winter.
